Assurance Manager, responsible for all phases of project and engagement management for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing and distribution, service, financial services, not-for-profits, government and/or high technology-software development. Responsibilities include planning, directing, and completing audits; developing and managing staff; and reviewing financial statements and related technical accounting issues. Works closely with partners and staff on client management, practice development, and business development and is responsible for an assigned group of clients. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a CPA.  An MBA is a plus with at least 5 years of progressive audit experience in public accounting or equivalent with experience in a medium- to large-sized public accounting firm. Senior Assurance Associate, closely with senior management and partners on all phases of project and engagement management including: planning, directing, and completing an audit; development and management of staff; review of financial statements and issues related to tax and management consulting. Must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years or more of public accounting experience, as well as a proficiency in U.S. generally accepted accounting principals (GAAP) and the generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS).Minmum requirements: Experience as an in-charge auditor required, ability to handle multiple priorities and simultaneous projects and staff mentoring and training skills. IT Audit Manager, (BAS), responsible for all phases of project and engagement management for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries. Responsibilities include planning, directing, and completing information systems audits and business process control review engagement; conducting activities related to SOX and Sarbanes-Oxley attestations; and developing and managing staff. Works closely with partners and staff on client management, practice development, and business development and responsible for an assigned group of clients. Positio will nned someone with 6 to 10 years experience (combination of auditing and accounting/finance experience, either in public accounting and/or industry internal audit and have the ability to supervise staff and lead projects. Sr. Income Tax Accountant, Prepare federal, state and local income and franchise tax returns as well as SEC-required.  Accurately calculating income tax provisions, deferred tax inventories and reservesReview, research and respond to tax issues and assist with federal and state income tax audits. Provide tax support to field and corporate personnel.  Minimum 5-7 years in corporate taxation, have the ability to research tax law, reach and present conclusions.  Must be self directed and have strong multi-tasking skills that enable you to manage several projects simultaneously.
