The Gedney Group utilizes the most effective and updated recruiting strategies to find top talent for our client companies.  A true recruiting process can be lengthy due to the availability of the "Right Candidate."

The Gedney Group’s objective is to find talent for our Clients.  Methods used to surface top talent include: Recruiting from membership, Networking through the Gedney Group’s database, Recruiting from a client’s short list or Referrals from business associates.

Additionally, an important part of the process is the management of the engagement:  Finding top talent, Managing the process of interviews and Providing accurate feedback.  Successfully completing the search for our clients, (handling negotiations, rebuttals, concerns and any exchange of information).

The hiring process is very complicated and can be very frustrating, but with a good recruiter your chances are greatly increased for success.

The Gedney Group works to recruit the right candidate for the specific search and offers a variety of Executive Search Agreement plans:

Mini retainer, Container, Retainer or Contingency through an Exclusive Agreement or Modified Container.
